We’re here to help keep your pets safe and happy. These terms explain our policies for containment, trials, returns, warranties, pricing, shipping, and recycling so you know exactly what to expect when you choose our products and services.
Containment Guarantee
If your pet isn’t contained within one year of delivery, you may be eligible for a refund (full or partial). To qualify:
- Notify us and allow time to resolve the issue.
- Follow the Pet Fence Canada training guide.
- Confirm your pet’s collar is properly fitted with both posts contacting the neck.
- Do not leave your pet unsupervised during training.
Exclusions:
- Damage to the boundary or equipment (man-made or natural)
- Use of non-approved batteries
- Failure to properly charge the equipment
Money-Back Trial Guarantee
Not sure if the system is right for you? We offer a 60-day pre-arranged trial:
- System is installed above ground for evaluation.
- Return within 60 days if it doesn’t meet your needs.
- Receive a full refund.
This trial ensures your pet is trained and safe while you test the system.
Returns & Warranties
- Pet Stop Products: Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Ultra Care Program: Covers accidental damage for a small deductible (CAD $77.50), including shipping.
- Deductible is waived for equipment issues within 6 months of purchase.
- All other returns follow manufacturer warranty terms.
Price Matching
We will match the price of any comparable professional-grade wired system with a written quotation. Contact us with the details to request a match.
Shipping
- Orders processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard shipping rates apply.
- Tracking info provided at shipment.
- Pet Fence Canada is not responsible for carrier delays.
Recycling Program
Have older or damaged Pet Stop equipment? You can recycle it with us:
- Call us to request a prepaid Canada Post return label.
- Ship the equipment back to us for proper recycling.
